About This Event
WordCamp Bengaluru (#WCBLR) is a community-organised, volunteer-run event for anyone who uses or builds with WordPress.
Why we are partnering
WPFolks is built around the people who build WordPress. WordCamps are where those people actually meet, learn from each other, and often give their first talk.
And there is something right about it happening in Bengaluru. The city has been India's tech heart for decades, the place people move to because that is where things get built. The WordPress community here is part of that story. We are covering the run-up, the sessions and the folks behind them, and publishing recaps afterwards so the value does not disappear when the weekend ends.
First time at this WordCamp?
St. Joseph's Boys' High School sits close to the city centre and is easy to reach by metro. Stay around MG Road or Richmond Town to keep the commute short.

WordCamp Bengaluru is looking for Contributor Day table leads.
One Make team per table, and the best five applications get one. The requirement is real footing in a single Make team: Core, Polyglots, Docs, Photos, Plugins, Themes, Support, whichever one you already contribute to.
Contributor Day is Saturday 21 November, and table leads get their Sunday ticket covered.
Applications close 23 October. If you have been running or mentoring in a Make team, this is the room to do it in.
From bengaluru.wordcamp.org
It is now built around two things: the community, and the WordCamps WPFolks is covering as an official media partner. What's new:
WordCamp hub
WordCamp Rajasthan (Oct 3) and WordCamp Bengaluru (Nov 21) now have their own space right at the top. Live countdown, speakers and organizers, the latest posts from each WordCamp blog, and travel tips. Tap "I'm going" so other folks know you'll be there, and see who else is heading over.
The feed, front and center
What folks are posting now lives right on the homepage. Post, react, and switch between Latest, Following, and Bookmarks without leaving the page. Alongside it: your profile at a glance, folks to follow, trending hashtags, and the top folks this week.
Light and dark
The homepage now follows your theme, bright in light mode and deep in dark mode.
Heading to a WordCamp? Post with #WCRaj2026 for Rajasthan or #wcblr for Bengaluru, and your posts show up in the hub for everyone following along.
This is just the first step. More sections get the same treatment over the next few weeks. Share what you like, what feels off, and what you want to see next in the replies or on the roadmap.
