Your Sponsorship Attends WordCamps

WordPress is global, but WordCamp attendance isn't. A developer in Lagos, Manila, or Pune with 500 plugin installs and real work to share often can't afford a flight to WordCamp Europe. WPFolks helps change that.

30%-50% of every sponsorship is set aside for the WPFolks Community Fund. Folks with real WordPress.org contributions can apply for travel and ticket support. Everyone can see who gets funded and why. No black box.

We pick recipients based on their wp.org contribution score (visible on every WPFolks profile), genuine need, and whether the event is relevant to what they do.

When you sponsor WPFolks, you can point to a specific developer who made it to WordCamp because of your company. That's a different kind of marketing.
