“Search” functionality should have filter where I can search items from all statuses

Before I would like to submit a new item under the roadmap – https://wpfolks.org/roadmap/, I would like to check the details of this kind of issue/items added by someone else before.

If not, then let me make a decision to add that new item.

And if anywhere exists with the website, then don’t resubmit with duplication, and if require then add additional comments within the same item.
