Incorrect Time Display on Roadmap Item (56 years ago)

Hi Team,

I found a small UI/logic issue in the Roadmap section. One of my roadmap items is showing an incorrect timestamp as 56 years ago even though the request was created recently. 🙂

It seems there may be an issue with the date/time calculation or fallback value for the roadmap item timestamp.

Expected behavior:
The roadmap item should display the correct relative time (for example: just now,  2 hours ago,  5 days ago, etc.).

Actual behavior:
The item is showing 56 years ago.
