Disable Click Action for In Moderation Roadmap Items or Add Edit/Resubmit Option

Hi Team,

I found a small UX issue in the Roadmap section. When clicking items under the In Moderation status, the page opens a 404 error page instead of showing the request details.

If these roadmap items are intentionally private during moderation, it may be better to either:

• Disable the clickable link for In Moderation items, or
• Add an edit/update/resubmit page for the submitted request instead of opening a 404 page.

This would improve the user experience and avoid confusion for users who try to open their pending submissions.
