It already handles most of what’s described here submission lifecycle via six statuses, team collaboration (notes, assignments, a locked-down Sales Admin role), new-lead email notifications, and basic spam/duplicate handling. A few items from this idea aren’t in it yet, mainly Google Sheets sync (it does CSV export instead), editable email templates, and configurable data retention. Worth a look either way.
