Stephen Dumba, commonly knowsn as the Restless Teacher, is an educator, ICT advocate, and community organizer passionate about empowering learners and fellow educators through technology and innovation in Uganda. With a background in education, he is deeply committed to improving teaching and learning by integrating digital skills into classrooms and equipping students with practical, future-ready competencies.

He is the national coordinator of the ICT Teachers' Association of Uganda and a common figure in the WordPress community. He is an organizer of several WordPress events, tecahes WordPress through teh #1000WordPressNinjas and also the founder of the Students IT Club of Uganda. Stephen is actively nurturing young talent, promoting problem-solving, and encouraging innovation among learners across the country.

Beyond events, Stephen engages with teacher trainees and education stakeholders, sharing insights on career pathways in the digital ecosystem—particularly within platforms like WordPress. His work bridges the gap between traditional education and the evolving demands of the digital world, helping both teachers and students adapt and thrive.

Driven by a vision to grow Uganda’s tech and education landscape, Stephen continues to champion initiatives that inspire creativity, collaboration, and digital transformation in schools and communities.
