I'm a WordPress Plugin Developer and the Founder of RicWork, with over 11 years of experience building WordPress plugins, scalable solutions, and business-focused platforms that solve real-world problems through thoughtful engineering.

I believe WordPress is far more than a CMS. When designed well, it becomes a powerful platform for automation, business operations, and digital products—giving organizations greater ownership, flexibility, and long-term control through privacy-first, self-hosted solutions.

That belief inspired me to found RicWork.

At RicWork, we're building a growing ecosystem of WordPress products, including open-source plugins, premium plugins, and custom business solutions designed to simplify complex workflows without compromising performance, security, or maintainability. My goal isn't to build more plugins—it's to build the right products that solve meaningful problems and create lasting value.

Throughout my career, I've partnered with businesses, agencies, founders, and product teams to develop custom plugins, AI-powered features, WooCommerce extensions, API integrations, automation systems, and high-performance WordPress architectures. I enjoy solving challenges that go beyond the capabilities of off-the-shelf plugins, turning complex requirements into intuitive, reliable, and scalable solutions.

My work is guided by a simple philosophy:

Build products that businesses can own, trust, and grow with.

Everything I build is driven by the same principles:

• Solve real business problems.

• Simplify complexity without limiting flexibility.

• Prioritize performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

• Build privacy-first, self-hosted solutions whenever they provide lasting value.

• Use AI and automation to improve workflows—not complicate them.

Beyond product development, I'm committed to the WordPress ecosystem through plugin publishing, continuous learning, and sharing practical knowledge with the community. I believe the best technology quietly removes friction, empowers people, and helps businesses focus on what matters most.

If you're looking for someone who combines deep WordPress expertise with product thinking, technical leadership, and a passion for building scalable, self-hosted solutions, I'd be happy to connect.
