Verification badge text is unreadable in dark mode (low contrast)

On the Edit Profile > Verification tab, the badge cards (Verified and Expert) render with a light/white background even when dark mode is active. The heading text (“Verified”, “Expert”) and the description text stay a light muted color, so they nearly disappear against the light card. The contrast is too low to read comfortably.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch the site theme to dark mode.
2. Go to Dashboard > Edit Profile.
3. Open the Verification tab.
4. Look at the Verified and Expert badge cards.
