Unable to Save Time Zone Setting

On the Edit Profile page (see attached screenshot), when attempting to change the Time Zone to UTC +5:30 and save the changes, the selected value is not being saved. After clicking the Save button, the time zone setting either reverts to the previous value or remains unchanged.
