Talks are not linked with Events

Currently talks are not linked with the events. we enter the events name manually. There should be option to link talks with the event. In this way, when people with visit event page, they will be able to see what all talks were there in that event.

Also, as WordCamp sites already have public APIs, talks and speakers can be added automatically. it will reduce the manual efforts of Folk to add it manually.
