Specific Community Discussion Post Link is not opening

I have noticed that the link in the notifications related to Community Discussion is not opening. Instead, it opens the Community page with default Following tab. Address bar shows the updated URL: https://wpfolks.org/community/#post-197 but specific post doesn’t open.
