Request card layout becomes inconsistent when Edit/Delete actions are displayed

Issue:
Request cards that display the Edit and Delete action buttons have a different layout/alignment compared to cards without these actions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Open Requests page. https://wpfolks.org/academy/requests
2. View a request created by yourself (shows Edit/Delete buttons).
3. View a request created by another user (without Edit/Delete buttons).
4. Compare the card layout and content alignment.

Expected Result:
All request cards should maintain consistent spacing, height, and content alignment regardless of whether Edit/Delete buttons are visible.

Actual Result:
Cards containing Edit/Delete buttons have different spacing/alignment, creating an inconsistent UI appearance compared to other request cards.
