Low-contrast/faded field text on Contact form (dark mode)

On the Contact page (https://wpfolks.org/contact/), in dark mode, all “Send Us a Message” form fields show faded/low-contrast text:

All fields also have a lighter gray background than the surrounding dark theme, making the low-contrast text even harder to read.
