Improve the way currently building is shown and selected

The currently building section in folks profile is great. But, the way it is currently, won’t give any immediate exposure.

It should be a section under which we can select up to 2 or 3 plugins/themes (from a list of already added plugin/theme) that we are actively building and on the profile page we will show the name and visit the website link so anyone wants to take a quick look can do that.
