GitHub Username Field Allows Empty Submission

On the Edit Profile → GitHub page, the GitHub username field is empty, but clicking “Save GitHub username” still successfully submits/saves the form without displaying any validation error.

Expected:
If the GitHub username field is required, clicking Save GitHub username with an empty field should display a validation message such as “GitHub username is required.” and prevent the form from being submitted.

Actual:
The form can be submitted successfully even when no GitHub username is entered.
