Field labels invisible/low-contrast on dark background

Issue: The field labels above the “Email address” and “First name (optional)” inputs in the newsletter signup form are barely visible against the dark background — text color is nearly the same as the background, making the labels almost unreadable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to wpfolks.org/newsletter/.
2. Scroll to the “Get it in your inbox” subscription form.
3. Look at the text directly above each input field (“Email address” and “First name (optional)”).
