Create Profile button not visible on Community Fund Event Support page

On the Community Fund – Apply for Event Support page, users are shown the message:

“You’ll need a WPFolks account to apply. Log in or create a profile to continue.”

However, only the Log in button is visible. The Create profile button/link is missing from the page.

This prevents new users from creating an account and applying for Event Support.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Community Fund – Apply for Event Support page.
2. Check the account access section.
3. Observe that only the Log in button appears.

Expected Result

The page should display both:

• Log in
• Create profile
