Add support for adding WordPress meetup’s like WordCamps

Meetup is a first steps toward building a local community and being in WordPress space have lot of different ways to contribute back to the community. So, meetup is one for of it and should be counted too.

I will add more information around badge and scoring in the refinement ticket.
