Activities of contributions and Contribution Score not update as we done multiple activities on our profile of WordPress.org

There are still activities that are not reflected immediately after our contributions via our WordPress.org profile.

• Translations Contribution
• Mentioned in tickets, etc.
• Sometimes it takes up to 2-3 days to update activities
• The contribution score is not updated

Also, Contribution Score on our Profile Dashboard has not increased yet, as I have performed many contributions, props, and more. But still, scores are the same as when creating a profile here.
