The Ugra Narasimha statue in Hampi is a massive monolithic sculpture of Lord Narasimha, an avatar of Vishnu, seated fiercely under the hood of the serpent Adishesha. Built in 1528 AD during the Vijayanagara Empire, it’s one of Hampi’s most iconic and powerful representations.
