About
My journey with WordPress began back in high school (2008) when I was working on various projects that required HTML. Like any student trying to manage deadlines and avoid repetitive work, I started looking for tools that could make my life easier. That’s when I discovered Macromedia Dreamweaver, which helped streamline some of the HTML work, but it still had its limitations.
As I progressed, I realized the need for dynamic content in my projects. Static HTML pages weren’t enough anymore, and I started exploring how to incorporate a database to make my projects more flexible and interactive. It was a steep learning curve, but it sparked my curiosity to dive deeper into web development.
At that point, WordPress felt revolutionary. It eliminated the need for me to write code from scratch for every single project or copy-paste from older ones. With the time I saved, I could focus more on the presentation and overall quality of my projects. For me, WordPress wasn’t just a tool; it was a way to work smarter, not harder, and it shaped my path as a developer moving forward.
Now, more than 15 years later, I still work with WordPress daily.
